INDIANAPOLIS -- The Chargers waited a long time to get Vincent Jackson on the field this season.They'll have to wait again.
Jackson, a wide receiver who hadn't played in the first 10 games of the season after a contract holdout, sustained a calf injury in the first half of the Chargers' game against Indianapolis Sunday night. It was announced shortly thereafter he would not return.
