Redskins Lament Game That Got Away After Texans Comeback

Filed under: Redskins, Texans, AFC South, NFC EastLANDOVER, Md. -- Eleven years ago in their first game of Dan Snyder's ownership, the Washington Redskins played all too generous a host to a team from Texas, blowing a 35-14 lead in the fourth quarter and losing 41-35 to the archrival Dallas Cowboys in overtime.

Yesterday, the guys in the burgundy jerseys and gold pants decided to revisit their history, choking away a 27-10 lead with less than 16 minutes to go and losing 30-27 to the Houston Texans in overtime. Permalink | Email this | Linking Blogs | Comments
