Filed under: PGALEMONT, Ill. (AP) -- Ryan Moore figured the BMW Championship would be his last tournament for a while. Now he has a one-shot lead going into the final round, which could put his vacation on hold.
Moore had only one mistake Saturday at Cog Hill in a round of 5-under 66, giving him the lead over Dustin Johnson, Matt Kuchar and Charlie Wi going into a final round that should be wide open.
A dozen players behind Moore were within four shots of the lead.
The final round could be the last one on the PGA Tour for Tiger Woods this year. He shot a 3-under 68, but remains some seven shots behind where he needs to finish to advance in the FedEx Cup playoffs. Permalink | Email this | Linking Blogs | Comments
