Filed under: International Soccer, MLS, Los Angeles Galaxy, EnglandDavid Beckham's future with the England national team is uncertain, and rumors continue to float about interest from clubs overseas, but he has announced that he will finish out his contract with the Los Angeles Galaxy.
Beckham's five-year, $32.5 million deal runs through the 2011 MLS season, but he had the option to buy out the final year and leave after 2010.
"I want to play as long as my legs can take me," he said. "I know it sounds a cliche, but I love playing soccer. I love playing the game. It's my passion. When I stop enjoying it then I'll know I need to stop.
