And things just got a lot dicier for the receiver, on the field and off -- Jarrett was arrested on Monday night and charged with driving under the influence, then released by the Panthers on Tuesday.
The DUI arrest was the second of Jarrett's NFL career -- he was also arrested in 2008 and eventually pled guilty.
When your number of DUI arrests exceeds your number of career touchdowns, you're looking like a draft bust. Jarrett has two catches for 40 yards this year as a backup wide receiver. The former Southern California star has only started three games during his four-year NFL career. His best season came last year, when he snagged 17 passes for 192 yards.
